Use the collective intelligence of your customers and suppliers to improve service and product innovations. Boost your community user´s creativity and innovation, engaging them to collect ideas. Give your users, guests and developers the possibility to collect ideas on various topics, add comments and to vote for them. Whether you offer the idea management system in groups for members only or give general access to all your registered users and visitors – give your network a chance to contribute to your innovative solutions and services.

1. Overview

  • Click on the Portal Manager button to get to the administrative area.
  • Click on Network & Community > Ideas
  • The overview for the Ideas application is displayed:
    • Widget: Current Ideas
      • displays 5 current ideas with the highest rating - clicking on the green, yellow or red circle will cast or change your vote for the corresponding idea
      • click All to display a list of all current ideas and filter them by voting, activity or date
    • Widget: My ideas
      • displays 5 of your ideas with the highest rating - clicking on the green, yellow or red circle will cast or change your vote for the corresponding idea
      • click All to display a list of all your ideas and filter them by voting, activity or date

2. List

  • Click on the Portal Manager button to get to the administrative area.
  • Click on Network & Community > Ideas
  • Click on the List tab

In this view you see lists that you can filter by "Ideas" (displaying all ideas) and "My Ideas" - you can further filter these by Voting, Activity or Date.
The ideas in the list can be displayed, edited or deleted by clicking on the "v" button.
You can cast or change your vote by clicking on the green, yellow or red circle.
You can view Comments or More by clicking the corresponding buttons.
Clicking on the title of an idea takes you to the idea view where you can vote, view the idea and comments.

3. Add

  • Click on the Portal Manager button to get to the administrative area.
  • Click on Network & Community > Ideas
  • Click on the Add button:
    • Enter Title, Description and Details
    • Select Access Rights
    • Click on Save
